With construction now underway, they’re looking for a Project Manager to take the reins and drive the project from structure to final delivery. This is a builder known for their clean delivery, strong systems, and supportive senior leadership. You’ll be joining a tight-knit project team with experienced site staff and trusted subcontractor relationships already in place. What You’ll Be Responsible For Oversee all aspects of project delivery – program, budget, subcontractor management, safety, and quality Lead the coordination between site teams, consultants, architects, and senior stakeholders Ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements and design intent Manage reporting, forecasting, and risk across all project stages Lead client updates and maintain strong working relationships throughout the build Drive accountability, structure, and performance across the team What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects $50M (ideally within aged care or high-rise resi) Previous work with Tier 2 commercial/resi builders Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and program delivery Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and maintain composure under pressure Collaborative communication style – confident managing clients, consultants, and subcontractors Why This Role?
